Program

Synopsis:
This program is designed to familiarize Case Managers,
Nurses, Social Workers and other healthcare professionals
with an overview of obesity and related health issues,
components of a treatment program and surgical options
for weight management.
Faculty:
The faculty consists of a Bariatric Surgeon, Physical
Therapist, Employee Assistance Program Manager, Fitness
Expert, Dietitian, Sleep Disorders Specialist, Bariatric
Nurse and Diabetes Nurse Educator.
Nursing, case managers, and social work continuing
education credits applied for.
